All products available on the 3dgtx store are covered by both a Royalty-Free License and an Editorial License by default.

If you have the legal rights to use branded assets featuring third-party logos or trademarks in your commercial projects, the Royalty-Free License applies. Any use of branded products with real-world liveries in commercial projects is at your own risk. Please ensure that you hold the necessary permissions to use such materials commercially. Otherwise, the product may only be used under the terms of the Editorial License.

All generic products - as well as those with fictional or generic liveries - may be used commercially without restriction under the granted Royalty-Free License.

You may use any purchased product in multiple projects after a single payment, regardless of which license applies.

AI Usage

Both licenses allow the use of 3dgtx products for AI training purposes.

NFTs & Reselling

You may not use any 3dgtx product to create NFTs.

You may not resell any 3dgtx product in digital or printed form

Ownership

This is a non-exclusive license.

All products remain the intellectual property of 3dgtx, which retains full distribution rights.
