PERMITTED USE

You may:

• Use the asset in commercial and non-commercial projects
• Use the asset in:
• games
• films
• animations
• simulations
• visualizations
• presentations
• renders
• interactive media
• AI workflows (training, generation, reference)
• Modify, customize, adapt, or integrate the asset into larger works
• Use the asset across multiple projects

No royalties or recurring fees are required.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the asset as a standalone product
• Share the asset files with third parties
• Upload the asset to asset libraries, marketplaces, or competing platforms
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original asset
• Use the asset in a way that falsely implies endorsement by any third-party brand

⚠️ THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS DISCLAIMER

Some assets may visually reference real-world brands, trademarks, or designs.

This license does not grant:

• trademark rights
• brand rights
• logo usage rights
• publicity rights

If your project requires such permissions, you must obtain them independently.

LIABILITY

The buyer assumes full legal responsibility for the final use of the asset.

3dgtx shall not be held liable for any claims arising from improper or unauthorized usage.
